Trengganu Roadside Batik Stalls

Yusof Gajah had a beautiful complex which contains his work and art pieces
which were for sale inside this charming wooden Malay Trengganu kampung house.
We browsed around and bought some stuff back.

Cool and authentic craft shop, unlike concrete glass and mortar ugly shops
which were a dime a dozen.
Even his trishaw was artfully displayed
Moving on we saw even more stalls selling batik clothes
which were commercialised and meant for the masses
Yusof Gajah himself teaching my sister the ropes of batik tying
You can wear it as a trendy halter neck and be a sarong party girl (SPG) on the beach
Sexy animal print bare back ala Miss Singapore Ris Low
Take your pick
T shirts, cloth, sarongs, catering to the souvenir seeking tourists
Even had stuffed toys like Nemo (I could not even remember this name!
Had to go and ask small daughter...nyanyuk already!!)
Then we continued our road trip.  Thus far, it had been an enjoyable ride.
Most of all the girls had a good learning experience (us too!!)
